By using this site or purchasing any course, class, or digital material from High Magik Academy, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, leave the site. No exceptions, no drama.

Everything here—courses, lectures, videos, downloads—is for personal learning and study. No medical advice. No legal advice. No guarantees. What you do with the material is your responsibility, not ours. We don’t bless outcomes, only the opportunity to learn.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, videos, downloads, and materials are copyright protected. You can’t reuse, redistribute, republish, or resell any of it without written permission. You want to share? Ask. Otherwise, don’t.

NO REFUNDS. NONE.

All sales are final. If you buy a class or digital product, it’s yours. Once you access any part of it—log in, download, preview, watch, or touch it—it’s locked in. No refunds, no exceptions.

If you attempt a chargeback or forced refund through PayPal, Stripe, or your bank, a curse will be applied. Not metaphorical. A real one. My field. My terms.

PRIVACY & DATA

We collect what’s needed to run the site—email, login data, basic stats. We don’t sell your info. We don’t track more than we need. Third-party payment processors may collect more, and they have their own policies.

COOKIES

Yep, we use them. To make the site work. You can block them, but the site may not function properly.

This site is not for kids. Don’t sign up if you’re under 18. This isn’t up for negotiation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for what you do with the knowledge. No guarantees on outcomes. If you mess something up, that’s on you. We teach. You apply. That’s the deal.

DISPUTES

All disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of California, USA. We prefer mediation, but if it goes legal, that’s where it lands. You pay your fees. If we win, you cover ours.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We can change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after we update them, you’ve agreed to the new version.
